Krav-Maga is the martial art of survival developed in Israel in 1971 by Imi Lichtenfeld, based on the techniques and principles he originally taught in the Israeli army.
Krav-Maga promotes the avoidance of aggression, but gives you the tools to survive situations where you cannot avoid physical aggression. It was developed to help ordinary people survive conflicts with one or more aggressors - bigger, stronger and faster.
History of Krav-MagaYou are emotionally assaulted on a daily basis, and the possibility of being physically assaulted exists even if you ignore it. Choose to learn the ways of survival in every area of your life. This is the only way to ensure the safety of yourself and your loved ones.
Krav-Maga allows you to neutralize threats with short, quick and effective moves aimed at sensitive areas of the aggressor. It teaches you to avoid conflicts, but if you have no choice you will be able to fight effectively to survive the violence.
Principles and TechniquesYou can learn Krav-Maga regardless of your gender, age or physical condition. You develop both physically and emotionally: you become more confident in your own strength, get rid of fears and traumas, create and maintain a great physical condition, reduce your daily stress, etc.
In a short time you will successfully cope with aggression in all areas of your life: verbal threats, harassment, humiliation, coercion, physical attacks, etc. You learn to remain calm and react only as much as necessary to get through critical situations optimally.
